1064nm Laser Diode, 800mW Output Power, Butterfly Package

These 1064nm, 800mW wavelength stabilized laser diodes provide high output power ex-fiber and a narrow line width. They are wavelength stabilized by a volume Bragg grating. These laser diodes are optimized for Raman spectroscopy. The laser is packaged in an industry standard 14-pin butterfly package and includes a high power internal TEC for temperature control and laser output stability.
