Product Overview
1064nm Laser Diode with PM Fiber
These laser diodes deliver peak power of 1500mW in pulsed mode of operation and up to 700mW in CW mode. These laser diodes are offered in a butterfly package with PM fiber, and can be purchased with an optional fiber Bragg grating. The standard product ships with PM fiber and a ceramic ferrule fiber termination. An FC/APC connector is available as an option for an additional charge ($165.00 see option below).
Optional Fiber Bragg Grating
Please contact us for information and / or quotation for the model with optional fiber Bragg grating. This laser diode is available with an optional fiber Bragg grating; this option provides a much narrower spectral linewidth and a tighter wavelength tolerance relative to the listed center wavelength. Note: when ordered with the optional fiber Bragg grating, short laser pulses take ~ 100 ns to “lock” on to the Bragg grating wavelength. Also note that short pulses have a significantly broader bandwidth than 1 nm. Please contact us for more information.
