Product Overview

The FB-M1260-1000HF is a 1260nm laser diode with a typical continuous wave (CW) optical output power of 1W. It operates efficiently with a maximum operation current of less than 4 amps and a typical operation voltage of 1.15 V, with a threshold current < 0.6 amps. These laser diodes features a spectral (FWHM) linewidth of less than 5nm. This laser diode supports multiple operation modes, including continuous wave (CW), quasi-continuous wave and pulsed operation. It is housed in an HHL package with a fiber diameter of 200μm and a numerical aperture of 0.22. These diode lasers are equipped with a photodiode monitor for feedback, with a monitor current of up to 1 mA.
