1310nm High Power Laser Diode | Single Mode Fiber-Coupled
These 1310nm single mode fiber-coupled laser diodes are designed to operate in both CW and pulsed modes. They are offered in an industry standard 14-pin butterfly package with internal isolator, internal TE cooler, thermistor and monitor photodiode. The standard product is SMF28 fiber-coupled and terminated with an FC/APC connector. Polarization maintaining fiber is available upon request.
