Product Overview
1310nm High Power Laser Diode | Single Mode Fiber-Coupled
These high power single mode Fabry-Perot laser diodes are centered at 1310nm and offer output power up to 550mW / 800mW (CW / Pulsed). They are offered in an industry standard butterfly package which has a single mode fiber output terminated with an FC/APC connector. The butterfly package includes a Photodiode, TE cooler and 10K thermistor. It is a Type-1 pin configuration. The package is designed for heat-efficient operation and easy mounting to a temperature controlled mount or high-efficiency heat-sink.
