The LD4B-1310-DFB-2.5G-20 is a wavelength stabilized, multiple quantum well distributed feedback grating laser diode (MQW DFB) coupled to an optical fiber. This laser diode is mounted in a fiber-coupled coaxial package with internal photodiode.
