1490nm DFB Laser Diode
These 1490nm DFB lasers are single frequency devices offered in a standard 14-pin butterfly. The package includes an internal TE cooler, thermistor and monitor photodiode. They provide 40mW of output power in CW mode, and 60mW pulsed mode. They are SMF28 fiber-coupled devices with an FC/APC fiber termination connector. PM fiber is available as an option. These laser diodes are used in a wide array of applications including sensing, spectroscopy and metrology.
