The LD4B-1530-DFB-2.5G-15 is a wavelength stabilized, multiple quantum well distributed feedback grating laser diode (MQW DFB) coupled to an optical fiber. This laser diode is mounted in a butterfly package with internal TEC, 10K thermistor and photodiode.
