The LD4B-1530-DFB-2.5G-20 is a wavelength stabilized, multiple quantum well distributed feedback grating laser diode (MQW DFB) coupled to an optical fiber. This laser diode is mounted in a DIL Package with internal TEC, thermistor, and photodiode.
