1550nm DFB Laser

The LD4B-1550-DFB-2.5G-20 is a wavelength stabilized, multi quantum well distributed feedback grating laser diode (DFB). These laser diodes are offered in a 14-pin butterfly package with internal TEC, 10K thermistor and photodiode. The output is single mode fiber terminated with an FC/APC connector.
