1550nm DFB Laser Diode
The LD4B-1550-DFB-2.5G-15 is a wavelength stabilized, 1550nm multiple quantum well distributed feedback grating laser diode (DFB) coupled to a PM fiber. This laser diode is mounted in a butterfly package with integrated photodiode, TE cooler and 10K thermistor.
