785nm Laser Diode | High Power Single Mode Emission

These 785nm laser diodes offer output power up to 250mW (CW). They are offered in a standard Type-1 pin configuration 14-pin butterfly package with single mode fiber. The fiber is terminated with an FC/APC connector. Options include a fiber Bragg grating for tighter wavelength tolerance and a more narrow spectral emission linewidth, as well as PM fiber.
