785nm Laser Diode | 600mW Output Power
These 785nm laser diodes offer a < 0.1 nm spectral linewidth combined with high output power up to 600mW. They are Bragg grating (VBG) wavelength stabilized. They are offered in a standard 14-pin butterfly package with internal TE cooler, thermistor and monitor PD. The fiber is 105 μm with an FC/PC connector (others on request).
