808nm Laser Diode | 9W Output Power

These 808nm, 9W laser diodes are multimode fiber-coupled Fabry Perot lasers. These laser diodes feature an internal thermistor, a pilot / aiming laser and a monitor photodiode. The internal photodiode can be used to monitor the laser diode output and can be used to operate the laser diode in constant power feedback mode. A low power red aiming beam is also integrated into the high heat load package.
