808nm Laser Diode, 600mW Output Power, Butterfly Package

These 808nm, 600mW grating stabilized laser diodes provide high ex-fiber output power and a narrow spectral emission linewidth. They are stabilized by a volume Bragg grating. These laser diodes are used for Raman Spectroscopy as well as metrology, sensing, bio-instrumentation, and analytical instrumentation applications. The laser is packaged in an industry standard 14-pin butterfly package, and includes an internal TE cooler for temperature control and laser output stability.
