940nm Laser Diode, 15W Power, Fiber-Coupled Module

These 940nm, 15W wavelength stabilized laser diodes provide high ex-fiber output power for medical applications, laser machining, and scientific research.

The laser features an internal thermistor to help with configuring an active heat removal system to maintain the laser diode temperature in a safe operating range. The internal photodiode can be used to monitor the laser diode output, and can be used to operate the laser diode in constant power mode. A low power red aiming beam is also included.
