976nm 330W Multimode Fiber-Coupled Laser Diode
These high power laser diodes offer CW or pulsed mode output power up to 330 watts. The multimode fiber 200µm core fiber. These 330W laser diodes offer a center wavelength tolerance of 976 nm (± 3nm) for doped fiber laser pumping. They have a spectral emission bandwidth of 4nm. They are based on the latest generation of multi-single chip emitter design for high reliability and long operating lifetime. The two pin package is designed for heat efficient operation and simple mounting to a heat sink surface. The package must be mounted to a properly rated heat sink.
