Product Overview
PD4B-80-P10-2G-K is a fiber-coupled PIN InGaAs photodiode with low back-reflection (RL = 50 dB), input optical power up to 10 mW, frequency up to 2 GHz, a coaxial package, and single-mode fiber G.657.A1 with a coating of Hytrel tube 0.9 mm. The fiber length is 500+/-50 mm and comes standard with an FC/APC connector.
