High Power Single Mode 1064nm Laser Diode; Broad Bragg Grating Stabilized with PM Fiber
These high power single mode 1064nm laser diodes offer up to 2W of peak output power in pulsed mode of operation. They offer up to 650mW in CW mode. These 1064nm lasers feature a broad-spectrum Bragg grating which enables a spectral linewidth of 2nm. The 10-pin butterfly package contains an internal thermistor, TE cooler, and an internal monitor photodiode.
