These Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOA) come in a 14-pin butterfly package at 1310nm. They offer 65mW/18dBm of output power in CW mode, and 100mW / 20dBm in pulsed operation. Panda PM1310 fiber comes standard with these SOA’s, as well as an FC/APC connector. A standard power isolator is also available on request.
