Product Overview
1390nm DFB Laser
These 1390nm DFB lasers operate in both CW and pulsed modes. The laser diode is mounted in an industry-standard 14-pin butterfly laser package with internal TEC, thermistor, and photodiode. 80mW of output power is available in pulsed mode of operation and 20mW in CW mode. These 14-pin butterfly package is SMF28 fiber-coupled, terminated with an FC/APC connector. Polarization maintaining fiber is available as an option. These DFB lasers are used in a wide array of applications including sensing, spectroscopy, telecommunications and metrology.
