785nm Laser Diode | 600mW Output Power | Butterfly Package
These 785nm, 600mW wavelength stabilized laser diodes provide high ex-fiber output power and a narrow spectral linewidth. They are stabilized by a Bragg grating. These 785nm laser diodes are optimized for Raman Spectroscopy, and are also used for metrology, sensing, bio-instrumentation, and analytical instrumentation applications. The laser diode is packaged in an industry standard 14-pin butterfly package, and includes a high power internal TEC for temperature control and laser output stability.
