These 520nm laser diodes offer 50mW of power in CW mode and 75mW in pulsed operation. They come standard with a single mode fiber output and FC/APC fiber connector. The fiber has a 900 micron loose tube protection buffer. A 3 mm beam fiber collimator as well as PM fiber are available as options. These green laser diodes are offered in the “hedgehog” high thermal stability package for maximum stability and long term reliability.
