These 785nm Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOA) come in a 14-pin butterfly package. They offer 65mW/18dBm of output power in CW mode, and 200mW / 23dBm in pulsed operation. Panda PM780 fiber comes standard with these SOA’s, as well as an FC/APC connector. Their wavelength range is 750nm to 796nm. A high power isolator is also available on request.
