850nm Laser Diode, 20mW, Single Mode

These 850nm laser diodes are Fabry-Perot devices coupled into a PM single mode optical fiber. They are packaged in a DIL package with integrated cooler, thermistor and monitor PD. They offer output power up to 20mW in CW mode and up to 45mW when operated in a pulsed mode. These lasers comes standard with PM fiber and FC/APC connector. These lasers diodes are designed for compliance with Telcordia GR-468-CORE standards. This standard is a widely recognized standard that outlines the reliability and quality assurance requirements for optoelectronic devices, particularly semiconductor laser diodes and photonic components used in telecommunications.
