These Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOA) come in a 14-pin butterfly package at either 1030nm or 1064nm. They offer 100mW/20dBm of output power in CW mode, and 200mW / 23dBm in pulsed operation. Panda PM980 fiber comes standard with these SOA’s, as well as an FC/APC connector. A standard power isolator is also available on request.
